Accutek Band Sealer

Accutek band sealers are equipped with electronic temperature controllers and variable speed conveyors to seal all types of thermoplastic materials (PP, PE, stand up pouches, gusseted bags, moisture barrier bags, etc.). Seals are created using PTFE bands, which maintain high seal quality and produce consistently reliable, clean seals on all heat sealable bags. Because bags are placed on a conveyor system, the bag width does not matter. These versatile machines offer several adjustments that allow them to be used for a wide range of applications. These machines are used extensively in the food, medical, chemical, cosmetic, and electronics industries.

The Accutek band sealer is a standalone unit with locking casters providing easy mobility. The vertical configuration of the sealer makes the unit ideal for packaging granular, powder, and liquid products. Stand up pouches work well with this machine.
