Accu-Doser

The syringe filler is an 8 head automatic high precision mini dose filling/dispensing machine capable of accurately filling from 0.1 ML to 200 ML. The Accu-Doser was designed to fill trays of small bottles, vials, syringes, and cartridges.

The Accu-Doser utilizes disposable medical grade syringes to draw product from a sanitary reservoir to then dispense the product as minidoses into small containers. It was originally designed for filling E-Liquids and vaping cartridges but it can be used for many other products.

It is an ideal filling machine for the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries because of its simple and sanitary design.The syringe pumps are SERVO driven for high accuracy and the fill heads automatically move to the next set of containers before starting the next fill cycle.

The syringes can also inject micro fluid into things like gummy candy and other edibles. The Accu-Doser machine does not require the use of compressed air, making it ideal for labs and pharmaceutical environments. The only contact/wetted parts are the disposable syringes and the tray from which they draw the product.
