AccuCapper™ BT Semi-Auto Bench Top Chuck Capping Machine automatically tightens screw and lug type closures that have been placed on containers. The machine’s pneumatic clutch ensures an accurate and specific torque each and every time.

Perfect for nearly every production setting requiring a pneumatic operation, this machine is one of the best all around cost effective semi-automatic capping solutions. Our capping machines are designed to handle most bottle types including P.E.T, P.V.C, plastic, and glass.

To eliminate damage to caps and reduce insert wear, the machine comes with adjustable torque values. The ACCUCAPPER™ BT comes complete with: universal stand to mount onto your work surface, one chuck, and one insert (up to a size 50).
