Preventative Maintenance
Usually, when management hears that “preventive maintenance is being performed”, they immediately think about the dollars that could be lost in possible production because the packaging line is not up and running. In reality, the opposite is generally true.
A preventive maintenance program allows mechanics to shut down machinery to achieve all required lubrication, minor repairs, and adjustments. This keeps the packaging line working with higher efficiency for longer periods. It reduces down time caused by equipment failure and can even prevent extended down time due to critical part or assembly failures. The Accutek Service Team is available to help train maintenance staff on creating and implementing a specific maintenance program for your machinery. This benefit is NO CHARGE for all our customers who participate in our Annual Service Agreement.
