AccuVac Series
The Accuvac Series Filling Machines are easy to operate and ideal for filling small amounts of nail polish, perfumes, light oils, and other liquids. Their fully pneumatic operating capabilities also make them compatible with flammable liquids. They can fill containers between two milliliters and six ounces.
The vacuum filling machines are self-contained, portable, and don’t need electricity. Adjusting the nozzle depth keeps fill levels consistent, regardless of the product. The fill levels stay visually equal, regardless of product characteristics or container volume. Bottle changes are as simple as sliding new bottles under the fill heads and pushing the foot pedal.
The fillers can also serve as an inexpensive backup unit, eliminating downtime and costly setup for small production runs.

Where would be the best location for the machine in a standard manufacturing facility?
Generally, we recommend that anyone who purchases one of our machines place it in an area where employees can easily access all its sides. You should also ensure that the area where you place your AccuVac is clean and dry.What exactly does it mean that this machine is foot-pedal-operated?
That means that all you need to do to start a fill cycle is to step on a pneumatic foot pedal. Depressing the pedal will lower the dive head and start the filling process. Then all you have to do is release the foot pedal when the containers are full.How often should I clean the machine?
That will depend on how often you use it. Also, the type of cleaning solution and schedule will depend on your specific application and government guidelines for your product type and manufacturing format. We recommend lubricating the vacuum filler’s o-rings and gaskets before starting it up every day and after cleaning it. Use food-grade lithium grease; make sure to check for any wear, tear, or breaks in these o-rings.What should I do if I have a problem with the machine?
The manual contains a troubleshooting section that describes various problems you may have with your machine and the steps you can take to solve them.
