Timed Flow Fillers

Accutek pinch series products are timed flow fillers. Ranging from an entry level machine to a fully automated filler that can handle up to twelve containers per cycle, all working well with free-flowing liquids such as coffee.

The Mini-Pinch is a filling machine well suited for filling aqueous solutions like coffee. The Mini-Pinch, equipped with six nozzles, is a timed flow volumetric filler with a fill rate of up to six ounces per second. An experienced operator can fill up to two thousand five hundred smaller bottles per hour; it is also highly accurate even when filling 10 ml. bottles. Larger bottles, 500 ml, for instance, require longer fill times. Filling machines using pinch valve product contact parts can be autoclaved for easy cleaning.

The Mini-Pinch comes complete with an adjustable tabletop stand, fill wand, and individual flow controls. Six stainless steel fill nozzles, silicone or vinyl food grade tubing, pinch valve system with an easy to operate microprocessor make this an ideal low volume, entry-level coffee bottle filler.

Fill to Level.

The fill to level or overflow fillers are recommended for coffee because filled bottles on the retail shelf should appear to be at the same level. 

Accutek’s Semi-Automatic Pressure Overflow Filler (SAPOF) is well suited for liquids with low to medium viscosities and is also perfect for bottling coffee and other beverages. The SAPOF machines are versatile fillers able to accommodate various container shapes and types, such as rigid plastic, metal, or glass. These machines can handle fill sizes from ounces to gallons for coffee and other beverage products.

Piston Fillers

Accutek piston fillers, semi-automatic and automatic, will reliably fill your containers with the correct product amount. The piston diameter and the stroke length set the volume of product pumped into a container. Accutek SVF machines fill a single bottle at a time. The fully automatic AVF machine fills up to twelve containers per cycle with automated container handling. Accutek SVF and AVF model numbers indicate cylinder size, and for the AVF, the number of fill nozzles.

Accutek’s piston filling machines can fill thin products or thicker products and even products with particulates. All our piston filling machines have a heavy-duty stainless steel frame with all product contact parts made of food grade materials.

Metered Flow Fillers

Accutek positive displacement pump fillers count pump shaft rotations to determine the amount of product delivered to a jar or bottle. A dedicated motor and positive displacement (PD) pump combination supplies each product nozzle. This combination can accurately dose fairly thick products if there are no abrasive particulates in the product. Accutek sells a manual single container PD filler. At the high end, the APD is an automatic machine that fills twelve containers at a time.

Automatic models have a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, a 10′ long, 4 ½” wide, variable speed conveyor, six stainless steel positive off nozzles, a diving head, and an automatic bottle-indexing unit. The machine can be moved from one filling line to another in a matter of minutes with its locking casters to accommodate different existing containers, labeling, and capping setups.

Every component in a complete packaging line is rigorously tested during the line integration process. Customers can come to Accutek for factory acceptance testing before the complete bottle filling line is carefully crated and shipped from Vista, California.

Coffee Filling Machines Imbedded in a Production Line

Bottles must be free of contaminants before filling them with beverages for human consumption. The Accutek Automatic Bottle Washer prepares bottles for filling. The bottle washer can handle up to twelve bottles per cycle. Each of the twelve stations can have up to three nozzles to wash, rinse, and dry a container before filling.

You will need a capper, cap handlers, and a labeler in addition to a bottle filling machine. Conveyors and turntables to move containers between machines are also needed. Accutek offers different model machines for each function to provide our customers with the optimum solution for packaging their coffee products. All contact surfaces are 304 or 316 stainless steel, making our machines corrosion resistant and easy to sanitize.
