Overflow Fillers
Accutek’s Pressure Overflow Fillers are well suited for filling liquids with low to medium viscosities and are perfect for products that foam. The versatile filling machines are well rounded systems able to accommodate a wide variety of container shapes and types, such as rigid plastic, metal, or glass. Overflow filling machines can handle fill sizes from ounces to gallons for a number of different free flowing products.
Timed Flow
Timed flow volumetric filling machines are best suited for precise volume filling liquids with low to medium viscosity; with the exception of our rotary fillers which can fill heavier viscosity products. These fillers are highly accurate, very sanitary, and adaptable for molten products.
Spindle Cappers
Spindle Cappers, sometimes referred to as Roller Screw Cappers, automatically place and accurately torque most cap types onto most bottle types. The Spindle Capping machines can place and torque flat caps, oval caps, flip top caps, pull spouts, safety caps, child proof caps, sport caps, and caps with over-caps or induction seals. Nearly every shape and size of standard round lug or screw type cap and a variety of specialty cap types can be accomodated. The Spindle Cappers can adjust to handle almost any bottle type or shape including PET, PP, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass.
Pressure Sensitive Labelers
Pressure sensitive labeling machines are widely used for spot labeling oblong or non round containers and can also be used for full wrap around labeling for round bottles. Pressure sensitive labeler can apply a label to most types of packaging materials and containers which makes them a very versatile piece of machinery.
Sleeving Machines
Shrink sleeve labels are a plastic preprinted film folded into a tube or “sleeve” that can be slipped over a container or container neck. They are placed loosely around a container and made of a thermoplastic material that when heat is applied, shrink tightly around the container. These types of labelers typically can deliver higher application speeds for less cost then a pressure sensitive counterpart.
Shrink sleeve labelers are also used for placing tamper evident bands. For these types of projects the sleeve is placed around the neck of the container rather then the entire body. Some Shrink Sleevers can also do both a full body sleeve combined with a tamper evident seal.
