Accutek's Semi-Automatic Positive Displacement Filler (SAPD) uses a fully programmable high speed digital controller capable of controlling the pump to 1/24 of a revolution allowing this filler to be fast and very repeatable. This is possible the most versatile and fastest bench top semi-automatic filler available. SAPD1

The SAPD1 is a single head Semi-Automatic Positive Displacement Filler designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal and glass containers. This filler is designed for higher viscocity products or when a high degree of accuracy is required.

SAPD2
The Semi-Automatic 2 Head Positive Displacement Filler (SAPD-2) utilizes a Positive Displacement Pump Head for each fill head. Using a superior PLC Control Package allows the operator to control each individual fill head with exacting repeatable accuracy using encoding technology for fractional control of the pump head all with an easy to use visual display.
