Overflow Fillers

Accutek's overflow filling machines are best suited for filling liquids with low to medium viscosity. These fillers are most ideal for filling foamy products at higher speeds. Some example products our overflow filling machinery can fill are: sauces, syrups, light gels and shampoos, foamy cleansers and chemicals, water, fruit juice, wine, tea, and other non carbonated aqueous beverages. They are designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal, and glass containers. All of our overflow filling machines are based on heavy-duty stainless steel frames with all contact parts made of food grade materials.

Semi-Automatic

Accutek’s Semi-Automatic Pressure Overflow Fillers (SAPOF) are well suited for filling liquids with low to medium viscosities and are perfect for products that foam. The versatile SAPOF machines are well rounded fillers able to accommodate a wide variety of container shapes and types, such as rigid plastic, metal, or glass. These machines can handle fill sizes from ounces to gallons for a number of products like vegetable oil, juice, cleaners, or any other free flowing liquid.

Accutek's SAPOF Series are semi-automatic Pressure Overflow Fillers designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal and glass containers. They can fill from ounces to gallons making them ideal for filling foaming materials such as shampoos, soaps, and other free flowing products.

Automatic

Automatic models are manufactured standard with a heavy-duty stainless steel, height adjustable base, a 10' long, 4 ½” wide, variable speed conveyor, six stainless steel, positive off, diving head nozzles, and an automatic bottle-indexing unit. The heavy-duty stainlesss steel base is standard with four height-adjustable, articulating feet but can be upgraded with heavy duty, locking casters for easy movement. The machine can be moved from one filling line to another in a matter of minutes to accommodate different existing container, labeling, and capping setups.

APOF Series
Accutek's APOF Series Pressure Overflow Fillers are designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal and glass containers. These fillers are based on a heavy duty stainless steel frames with positive off, diving nozzles. They can fill from ounces to gallons making them ideal for filling foaming materials such as shampoos, soaps, and other free flowing products.

Rotary

Biner Ellison's Rotary Overflow Filling Machines are capable of filling products ranging from water to medium oils and creams. These filling machines can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 600 containers per minute. The Rotary Overflow Filler's heavy duty stainless steel construction and food grade materials allow for quick and easy clean up.

The ROF-40 Rotary Overflow Filling Machine uniquely positions the power transmission for the main turret infeed and outfeed star wheel and timing screw on top of the machine. Precise variable speed control, longevity, and increased accuracy is achieved by keeping these important components away from wetted areas.
