Positive Displacement

Accutek's positive displacement filling machines are best suited for filling viscous products, but they can be used to fill thin products as well. These fillers can handle a wide range of container sizes, fill volumes, and product types; but they are most ideal for filling pastes, creams, lotions and gels, in large volumes and at greater speeds than otherwise achieved with a piston filler.

Semi-Auto

Accutek's Semi-Automatic Positive Displacement Filler (SAPD) uses a fully programmable high speed digital controller capable of controlling the pump to 1/24 of a revolution allowing this filler to be fast and very repeatable. This is possible the most versatile and fastest bench top semi-automatic filler available. Easy to set up, operate, clean and maintain make the SAPD Filler our most reliable and used machine for start up operations, lab environments, small to medium production operations, or high change over and specialty customers.

SAPD1

The SAPD1 is a single head Semi-Automatic Positive Displacement Filler designed to handle all types of rigid plastic, metal and glass containers. This filler is designed for higher viscocity products or when a high degree of accuracy is required.

The Semi-Automatic 2 Head Positive Displacement Filler (SAPD-2) utilizes a Positive Displacement Pump Head for each fill head. Using a superior PLC Control Package allows the operator to control each individual fill head with exacting repeatable accuracy using encoding technology for fractional control of the pump head all with an easy to use visual display.
